The online cart is operated using Paypal. Paypal is a verified provider of online shopping carts, and their checkout process is safe and secure. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase items from our store.

To purchase items, simply click the 'Add to Cart' icon under each item, enter the quantity you would like on the shopping cart page, and either checkout from there or continue shopping.

No minimum order amount is required.

At checkout, you are given the option to log in to your Paypal account (if you have one and would like to pay from that account), or continue the checkout as a guest and use any type of credit card.

Once the items have been purchased, you will receive an email from Paypal confirming your payment went through. Once we have received and confirmed your order, we will email or call you and let you know it is being processed, and will confirm your pickup time.






After an order has been placed, you will receive confirmation both from PayPal and Infant Organics. We will verify the items, date and time of pickup and phone number to reach you.

We no longer offer a delivery service. All orders placed online must be picked up from our store location at 140-A Thomas Street in Oakville.

Orders received by 12pm Sunday will be available for pickup on Wednesday between 9:30am and 5pm, unless alternate arrangements have been made with us.
Orders received by 12pm Wednesday will be available for pickup on Saturday between 11am and 3pm, unless alternate arrangements have been made with us.

We no longer offer delivery service. All orders placed online must be picked up at 140-A Thomas street during our store hours on the days specified above, unless alternate arrangements have been made with us.

Infant Organics strives to provide the highest quality food to our customers. All food is prepared, packaged and frozen with the utmost care. However, due to health regulations, once items have left our store, we can no longer be responsible for them. If you have any concerns with your order we ask that you contact us immediately.
